CYBER BULLYING : Cause & Effect .. !

         Cyber Bullying is the use of mobile phones,  prompt messaging, e-mail, chat rooms, or social networking site like Facebook Tweeter to annoy, impend, or threatened someone. Cyber Bullying is a problem that has been aggregating rapidly this past couples of years ( Willard 2007 ). No one knows the exact reason as to why children even participate in this cruel acts.The Following are some of the Cause and Effect of cyber bullying among the students. 

What Causes  people to participate in Cyber Bullying ? 
          
          1. Children do it for revenge of other peers.
          2. Children do it simply for entertainment purpose.
          3. Some do it to boost their ego.
          4. Children do it to get a laugh from their peers.
          5. Children do it to help bolster or remind people of their own social standing.

What are some of Effects of cyber bullying ?

          1. It can give people a bad reputation.
          2. Causes children a low self-esteem.
          3. Causes children to became depress if they constantly picked on by peers.
          4. Make it hard for kids to communicate with others.
          5. Sometimes cause people to commit suicide due to embarrassment. 

Roles of Society in Prevention and Intervention.
          
          In our society today, each one has a role and responsibility in creating a better environment for every citizen. accordingly, each has a role in creating a better online environment. 

         The youth a the leader for the next generation; however, cyber bullying has slowly destroyed the morality of youth individuals who had been victims, bullies, or both indeed. Cyber Bullying is a serious problem faced by young people globally. It affect their self-esteem and confidence, thus putting their self in dangerous situation. Nevertheless, it should not remain so. 

         

           I believe more anti-bullying laws should be passed to stop and punish their bullies. More frequently than not, I see and hear stories of teen being bullied to the point where they commit suicide. Just  think for a moment, about how many times you've heard about the news, or read in the paper about another fatal victims of bullying. By setting up for more laws, we can stop the bully from taking action. We can't undo the past, but we can prevent future attacks.

    

           As a country, we should come together to help these victims. If you see someone being bullied speak up. By not saying anything, may cause one of your peers their life. Teens don't realize by not saying something can be as harmful or detrimental as the actual bullying. I believed if we all work together, we can over come bullies and stop their harmful ways. By talking about  bullying, will mean everyone will know about it, so the bullies can'y hide anymore. Spread the word about BULLYING, so it will stop. 

5 Dirty Tricks The Chinese uses to defeat the GilasPIlipinas in Fiba-Asia 2015 Finals.

The Chinese Dragons grabbed a spot in basketball to the Summer Olympics in Brazil by beating tyhe Gilas Pilipinas, but Fipilipino netizens  were convinced that rthe Chinese sabotage the Gilas Pilipinas chances by employing all the dirty tactics in the book before and during the game. Let me share the 5 dirty tricks the Chinese uses to defeat the Gilas Pilipinas  in the Fiba-Asia Finals.

First :         

         The team bus of the Gilas Pilipinas was sabotaged by the Chinese organizers, Good thing Filipinos are quick thinkers and were able to get another bus and arrived the venue just in time.
Second :          

           The Chinese organizers made it sure that Coach Baldwin will be denied of his assistant coaches by doing this. " Now it has begun . Our Gilas arrival at stadium delayed. Less time for warm up. " Manny V. Pangilinan Tweet.

Third :         

          The Chinese organizers made sure that gilas Pilipinas won't have sufficent time to perform a warm up prior to the game by doing this.

Fourth :           

                                     The Chinese fans were caught harassing the Gilas bench by throwing things like soda cans toward their direction but the security personnel in the stadium simple looked the other way. Fifth :          

         The Chinese organizer violated a few FIBA rules that seems insignificant. But rules are rules, right ? The worst part happened during the game when questionable calls were made by the referee's that obviously favored by the Chinese players.
            All these dirty tricks employed before the game even started except the accusation of throwing incident. 

        

Is Gilas Pilipinas Sabotage by China .. ?

        Pinoy fans are very disappointed on the result of the face-off between China and Gilas Pilipinas. According to some Basketball analyst, already saw that this will happen beacause no one beats China in their home court.
       

         Some Netizens, also noticed the delaying tactics that China did to the Philippines, they even didn't gave any time for Gilas to warm up. They also notice the referee's decision against the Gilas Pilipinas and they always giving the advantage to their opponent.
         

         Netizens showed their disappointment on social media and also jokingly threatened any Chinese that liiving in the Philippine.Even many Pangilinan, the head of PBA also noticed the dirty tactics of their opponents and planning protest.

           Some Gilas supporters said that we must respect the result of the fight and be happy in what our national team reached.

What is the Drop, Cover & Hold ? it's one way to protect ourselves from earthquakes. Federal,state,and local emergency management experts and other official preparedness organization all agree that  "Drop, Cover & Hold" is the appropriate action to reduce injury and death during earthquake . The Shake Out is our opportunity to practice how to protect ourselves during earthquakes.

              Earth-quake means  A sudden and violent shaking of the ground, sometimes causing a great destruction, as a result of movements within the earth's crust or volcanic action - google.
              
              Being prepared is very important to us should we know will be made Before, During, and After the Earthquake. Here are some safety tips for Before, During, & After an Earthquake :

              1. Keep a 7-10 day supply of food and water. To maintain freshness it is important to rotate this stock periodically.
              2. Talk with your family and prepare an emergency plan.  
              3. Know the earthquake hazard in your area.
              4.Prepare a handy emergency supply kit with first aid kit canned food with can opener, water , clothing blanket,battery-operated radio,flash lights and extra batteries.

Safety Tips During an Earthquake :
               1. Stay Calm, when you are INSIDE structurally a  sound building or home . Stay There.
               2. If possible quickly open the door for exit. Duck under a sturdy  desk or table, and hold on to it, or protect your head with your arms.
               3. stay away from glass windows, shelves, cabinets, and other heavy objects. Beware of falling objects. Be alert and keep your eyes open.
               4. If you're OUTSIDE move to an open area. Stay away from tress, power lines , posts, and concrete structures.
               5. Move away from steeps slopes which maybe affected by land slides.
               6.If you near the shore and feel the earthquake, especially if its too strong, move quickly to higher grounds. Tsunamis might follows.
               7. If you're in a moving vehicle, STOP and get out. Do not attempt to across bridges, overpass, or flyover may have  been damaged.

               1. Be prepared for the aftershocks. once the shaking stops, take the fastest and safest way out of the building.
DONT : Use elevators
               Enter damege buildings
               Use telephones unless necessary
               Panic
Check: Yourself from the other injuries.
             Water and electrical lines damages.
              For spill and chemical, toxic and flammable, materials.
              And control fires which may spreads.
               
              2. If you need to evacuate your residence, leave a message stating where you are going  and bring your emergency supply kit. keep update on the disaster prevention instructions from battery-operated radio.

September 16 , 2015 ng naging sila 2nd monthsary na bakas naman sa labi nila ang sobrang kilig.

          Sinomang tao ang dumating sa buhay niyo para lamang hadlangan ang pag-iibigan niyo, kung totoo kayong nagmamahalan walang sinomang makakasira dito.
